What is a commercial setting? A commercial setting would be anything that is sold, you’re being paid for, or is public facing in the form of advertising.

This is inclusive of but not limited to: using our typefaces or illustrations for a logo, client graphic design project, apparel design, if the font or illustration is used in a product you or your client sells, for yours or your client’s website, apps, broadcasting, ePublishing or marketing collateral.
